A powerful sound journey is about so much more than having beautiful instruments. It's about letting your breath become the pulse of the room. Allowing your body to be a clear channel for sound to move through you. Letting the sound take you where you want to go,and learning to trust that instinct. And perhaps most importantly, learning to feel comfortable taking up space, being seen, and guiding a group. This is by far the most challenging part for most people, and it's the heart of what we practice together.
Choose the day-long immersion on Saturday, or stay through Sunday to become certified and ready to lead others through sound.
Day 1 - Saturday, 9:00 – 18:00: The Foundation
Through experiential activities, discover how your body can serve as a guide, perceiving sensation through sound and your environment.
You'll get extensive hands-on practice playing instruments, and receive plenty of sound yourself.
• Attune your body to sound and your environment
• Understand the science of sound and how it impacts the body
• Learn about different kinds gongs, properties of quartz crystal and how it works with the body
• Hands-on practice playing crystal bowls, several gongs, and other vibrational instruments
• Receive a lot of sound
Day 2 - Sunday, 10:00 – 18:00: The Certification
For those ready to lead. Deepen your practice, build your own sequence, and step into the seat of the facilitator, culminating in a real experience of guiding others through sound.
Leave fully prepared and confident to lead group sound baths and 1:1 sound healing sessions.

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Danielle Goldfarb - Danielle has been leading sound baths since 2017 and teaching sound healing trainings for the past five years, supporting over 300 students in bringing this work into their communities. She believes presence — your ability to attune to yourself and the room — is what makes a sound bath masterful. Her trainings are built on extensive hands-on practice playing and leading, so you leave with real confidence to play for yourself and others.
