Frank Andre has a unique understanding and connection both to the breath, art of movement and yoga.
Growing up in Germany, Frank began his journey as a professional dancer and then found yoga through a friend.
Frank believes that body, spirit and soul expressed through the movements and practice of yoga makes a very essential part of who you are as a person and how you carry yourself in the world. His classes are a wonderful blend of yoga asanas (postures), pilates and his past influences from dance.
You will leave his practice feeling stronger, lighter and with the ability to hold yourself upright in the world.
