SARA AT EARTH YOGA

Sara - Sara started teaching yoga in Sweden 2013 and is the founder of the Yogalito Yoga studio in Båstad.

 

She has a global yoga Teacher Training and has also completed a yoga AllianceTeacher Training. Her yoga is described as a playful vinyasa flow.

 

Her mission is to offer mindfully crafted classes to learn and grow through movement, breath and connection.

 

Using yoga to connect with oneself and develop a deeply personal practice is something Sara is passionate about and aims to share with others.
